We want every reset to feel right. If something arrives less than perfect, we'll make it so.
Unopened items
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Sachets must be sealed and unused.
Damaged or incorrect
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Final sale
Bundles, gift sets, and discounted items are final sale.
